1. The National Irrigation Administration-Region 10, through the GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos only (PHP 6,930,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery & Installation of Civil Engineering and Design Software of NIA Regional Office 10, Villarin Street, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City under Contract Ref No.: GOODS-RIO-GAA-2025-DESIGN-SOFTWARE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Region la now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery period is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders) .
