The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the NIA Region 10 3-Storey Building, the First Quarter Assessment 2021, and the 43rd NIA Region 10 Anniversary were the three major activities conducted and celebrated last April 19, 2021, at the NIA Regional Office 10, Villarin St., Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. The 3-IN-1 Activity kicked off with a mass of thanksgiving officiated by Rev. Jearby Ratilla, SSJV. A limited number of participants from the Regional Office, Irrigation Management Offices (IMOs) & guests were at the venue.

In celebration of NIA's "Dugtong Buhay ni Bong" Year 2 Nationwide Bloodletting Program, NIA 10 headed by Engr. Constancio G. Bana-ay, Jr. in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross 10 conducts bloodletting activity on December 8, 2020 at the Conference Room, NIA Regional Office 10, Villarin St., Carmen, CDO.

24 bags of blood were accumulated by the office. The said event encourages the employees to give the gift of blood to help save lives.

On December 4, 2020, marks a momentous event as NIA LAMISCA IMO conducts Management Turnover Ceremony and welcomes its Incoming Division Manager Elpidio D. Lucernas, Jr. as well as sending out the outgoing Division Manager Estelita S. Sumile with love and blessing as the Regional Manager of NIA Caraga. The Irrigators Associations of the twelve projects under the Satellite office of Misamis Occidental witnessed the mass turn-over ceremony and at the same time signing of the renewal of contract for Modified Irrigation Management Transfere (MIMT) held LA FAMILIA Function Hall , Mobod, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental. PROJECT MASS TURNOVER-In a simple ceremony, NIA 10 headed by Regional Manager Constancio G. Bana-ay, Jr. conducted the Project Mass Turnover Ceremony for the 1st District of Misamis Oriental under LAMISCA IMO on November 27, 2020, at the Family Model Farm Site, Kalagonoy, Gingoog City. PROJECT MASS TURNOVER-NIA 10 has done it again as the agency conducts a turnover ceremony for its 11 Irrigation Systems/Projects under LAMISCA IMO to its respective responsible IAs.
